Run a quick inspection and top-up of children's drop-in craft kits before a session or when inventory looks low, to ensure safe, complete supplies are available.
Several craft kits are partially filled or unlabelled and the available consumables are scattered with no current counts.
Supply counts are outdated and items are mixed in a central bin, which makes it hard to tell what to replenish; some materials have torn packaging or broken pieces that need replacing.
Every kit contains the checklisted items at the correct counts, damaged items are removed or replaced, and each kit is labeled with the restock date.
