Some external and internal accessibility signs are faded, missing, or mounted at incorrect heights and at least one automatic door or lift has not been tested recently.

Obstacle

Replacement tactile or high-contrast signs are not stored on site and some devices are behind locked panels or require technician intervention to access diagnostic ports.
