    From the list, choose one or two things that must be done today. Use a simple test: “Will I feel uneasy if this stays undone?”

    Define the First Action
    Decide the smallest action you can start within five minutes for one of the chosen tasks.

    Remove One Distraction
    Eliminate a single obstacle to starting. Turn off notifications, close extra tabs, or change your workspace.

    Describe in one sentence what “done” looks like. If it feels vague, break it down further.
