    Put on gloves, check levels of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and trash; record counts (number of toilet rolls, paper towel packs, soap present/absent) on the checklist and gather needed materials.

    Tie and remove full trash liner, place a fresh liner in the bin, carry full liner to designated disposal area, and mark bin change on the checklist.

    Refill dispensers and replace consumables
    Refill paper towel and toilet paper dispensers to at least 90% capacity or install new cartridges, replace soap refill, restock sanitary supplies, and note any jammed or broken dispensers.

    Disinfect high-touch surfaces and spot-mop
    Wipe door handles, faucet handles, flush levers, dispensers, and countertops with disinfectant; mop or squeegee wet spots so the floor is dry and safe; place wet-floor sign if needed.

    Final inspection and documentation
    Walk a full loop to verify dispenser levels and cleanliness, remove tools and store supplies, sign and time the checklist, and submit a maintenance note for any repairs.
