Monthly check to verify seed packet condition, update inventory, and refill empty slots so community members find viable, labeled seeds when they visit.
Shelves contain mixed old and new seed packets with some faded or missing labels and the inventory tracker is not up to date.
Some packets lack germination dates or have torn labels and the inventory spreadsheet is missing entries for recent donations, making it hard to decide which packets to remove and where to place replacements.
All packets on the shelves are readable and viable-looking, damaged or expired packets are removed, inventory counts and locations are updated, and empty slots are refilled with labeled replacement packets.
- • Replacement seed packets — 20 packets
