Verify electrical outlets at study carrels and apply clear status labels; run after new installations, after maintenance, or during scheduled safety checks.
Outlets at study carrels have not been verified and many receptacles are unlabeled or have inconsistent labels, with no consolidated test log.
Unlabeled carrels and duplex receptacles make it hard to match a test result to the correct location, and intermittent wiring faults can appear as pass/fail depending on a quick test.
Every receptacle at each carrel is tested and recorded, photos for faults are saved, and each outlet displays a visible status label with date and inspector initials.
