Write One Page
A gentle way to write something meaningful without turning it into a big writing session.
Steps
- 01 Decide what you’re writing forTake a moment to decide whether this page is for thinking, explaining, remembering, or sharing, without worrying about quality yet.
- 02 Choose a rough starting pointPick a sentence, question, or idea to start from so you don’t face a completely blank page.
- 03 Write without editingKeep writing and resist the urge to fix wording, structure, or tone while you’re still moving.
- 04 Let the page be messyAllow incomplete thoughts, repetition, or awkward phrasing so the page can exist at all.
- 05 Stop after one pageOnce the page feels full enough, stop on purpose instead of pushing for more.
- 06 Acknowledge that you wrote somethingTake a moment to notice that you wrote a page, even if it’s not good or finished yet.
