Write One Page

A gentle way to write something meaningful without turning it into a big writing session.

Steps
  1. 01
    Decide what you’re writing for
Take a moment to decide whether this page is for thinking, explaining, remembering, or sharing, without worrying about quality yet.
  2. 02
    Choose a rough starting point
Pick a sentence, question, or idea to start from so you don’t face a completely blank page.
  3. 03
    Write without editing
Keep writing and resist the urge to fix wording, structure, or tone while you’re still moving.
  4. 04
    Let the page be messy
Allow incomplete thoughts, repetition, or awkward phrasing so the page can exist at all.
  5. 05
    Stop after one page
Once the page feels full enough, stop on purpose instead of pushing for more.
  6. 06
    Acknowledge that you wrote something
Take a moment to notice that you wrote a page, even if it’s not good or finished yet.
