Steps

    Gather and centralize supplies
    Collect all first-aid related items from drawers, medicine cabinets, and bags and place them on a clear surface so you can see every item.

    Check each package for expiration dates or damaged seals, discard expired or compromised items into a trash bag and separate usable supplies.

    Organize by function
    Sort remaining items into groups (wound care, medication, tools, PPE) and count quantities to identify any missing basics.

    Pack and label the box
    Place grouped supplies into the plastic box with frequently used items on top, use the marker to label compartments and write expiration dates on the contents list.
