What's inside
Refresh the community bulletin board when notices pile up or after a new event posting period; remove expired flyers, add current notices, and secure fasteners so information is readable.
The bulletin board currently has overlapping and expired flyers, several curling or loose notices, and some missing or bent pushpins.
Many expired flyers are layered under newer ones and some notices were taped or stapled instead of pinned, which makes removal slower and messier; there may be an insufficient supply of replacement pushpins immediately available.
All expired or irrelevant flyers are removed, new notices are neatly pinned and aligned, curling edges taped, and every notice secured with functional pushpins.
- • Pushpins — 20 pushpins
- • Clear tape — 1 roll

- 02 Remove expired and irrelevant flyersWork left-to-right: remove each expired or irrelevant flyer, pull out staples or tape as needed, and place paper in the recycling bag; set aside any notices marked to keep.⏱ 10 min
- 03 Add and arrange new noticesPosition new notices centered in available space, pin each at the top corners with fresh pushpins, align edges into straight rows and maintain about 1/2 inch spacing between items.⏱ 10 min
- 04 Secure, straighten, and documentReplace bent pins, apply short strips of tape to back of curling edges, press all pushpins flush, smooth the display, and take a photo of the finished board for records.⏱ 7 min
