What's inside
Routine to inspect and refill all hand sanitizer dispensers across the library to maintain availability and hygiene; perform weekly or whenever low-stock is suspected.
Several dispensers at entrances, stacks, study rooms, and staff areas have varying fill levels, some pumps are sticky or leaking, and status is not logged.
Some dispensers are locked or mounted above reach requiring a key or step stool, refill bottles use mixed connector types that may not fit every pump, and visitor traffic can interrupt rounds.
Every dispenser is refilled to at least 80% or fitted with a fresh refill, pumps operate smoothly, surfaces are wiped dry, and each location's status is recorded.
