Shelves contain mixed old and new seed packets with some faded or missing labels and the inventory tracker is not up to date.
Some packets lack germination dates or have torn labels and the inventory spreadsheet is missing entries for recent donations, making it hard to decide which packets to remove and where to place replacements.
All packets on the shelves are readable and viable-looking, damaged or expired packets are removed, inventory counts and locations are updated, and empty slots are refilled with labeled replacement packets.

- 02 Inspect each packetScan each shelf row-by-row, check packet condition and germination year, set aside torn or clearly expired packets into a discard/donate pile and note their locations.⏱ 10 min
- 03 Update inventory and label replacementsFor each removed or unreadable packet, update the inventory entry (mark removed or note donation) and write seed name + year on adhesive labels for replacement packets.⏱ 7 min
