What's inside
Reset a public workstation user's printing quota and confirm the workstation can send jobs. Use this when a patron reports prints are blocked or their quota shows zero.
A patron at a public workstation cannot submit print jobs because their account quota is zero or the server has their jobs blocked.
The print management console requires an exact username or card number and multiple filters can hide the account. The workstation may show a cached quota, so a reset might not immediately enable printing without a cache clear or test print.
The patron's account shows the updated quota and the public workstation can submit a test print job that reaches the printer or clears the queue.
