Patron ID photo station setup and test

Assemble the ID photo station and run controlled test shots before public service starts so staff can consistently capture acceptable patron portraits.

⏱ 30 min ★ Medium
Target

Equipment is stored or partially assembled with unknown camera settings, lighting not positioned, and no recent test shots to confirm framing or white balance.

Obstacle

Default camera settings and variable room lighting are producing inconsistent exposure and color; limited space can cause background wrinkles or shadows that alter framing and head size.

Expectation

Station is fully assembled with camera mounted and set to documented settings, lighting positioned for even background and face illumination, and at least three validated test images saved to the designated folder.
