Snack Allergy List Update and Supply Check

Update the children's program snack allergy list and verify on-hand snack supplies before the program session so staff have one accurate reference and safe snacks are available.

⏱ 30 min ★ Medium
Target

Allergy information is scattered across enrollment forms, recent emails, and an outdated spreadsheet so staff can't quickly confirm snack restrictions.

Obstacle

Parent updates are sometimes sent by email without updated forms and some packaged snacks lack clear ingredient labels, making it hard to confirm whether items are safe.

Expectation

A single current allergy list saved to the program drive and a printed copy posted in the snack area, with any unsafe snacks flagged and a short shopping list created.
