What's inside
Verify the meeting room thermostat settings and align the HVAC schedule when occupants report comfort issues or after schedule changes. Use this routine to confirm the physical thermostat and the building management system are synchronized.
Thermostat shows an unexpected mode or temperature and the BMS schedule does not match the room's published booking hours.
Local temporary holds or manual overrides on the thermostat prevent schedule updates, and the BMS schedule may be out of sync or require admin credentials to edit.
Thermostat mode, temperature setpoints, and the BMS schedule match the room's booking hours and the thermostat responds to overrides within five minutes.
