Kanban
See your tasks flow from Registered to Started to Completed — and move them by dragging.

Open it
In Tasks, use the switch button at the top to change the view to Kanban.

Three columns
Registered, Started and Completed. Drop a card in another column and its state changes with it.

Move a card
On the phone, press and hold a card, then drag it. On desktop, just drag. Within a column, the order is yours — put the next one on top.

Same tasks as the list
Kanban shows the same tasks as the list, and star colors, filters and labels work here too. If you keep tasks with a time on the calendar, only the undated ones remain — a board for your backlog.
