Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of fecit ("we", "our", or "the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading the application, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the data and content you create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VauDium Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may also stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
