Labels and Folders
Two ways to organize: a label runs across lists, a folder is one place to file things.

Labels
A light tag on a task or memo — "idea", "waiting", "to read". One task can have several, and you can gather everything that shares one. Make and manage them in Me → Labels; a name and a color is enough.

Folders
One place for each thing. Turn on folders in Settings, then file tasks, memos, templates and mail into them. On the phone, swipe in from the left edge of a list to open the folder drawer; on the phone, swiping a task left also shows a folder button.

Which to use
A small set of labels you use often works better than many. Use folders when you want things sorted into separate places.
