Assigning tasks

Create tasks in a project and assign them to team members.

Create a task in the project

When creating a new task, select the project it belongs to. The project badge will appear on the task so everyone knows where it fits.

Assign to a member

Choose a team member to assign the task to. The task will appear in their personal task list alongside their own tasks.

One list, no switching

Assigned tasks show up in each member's main task list — mixed in with their personal tasks. The project badge makes it easy to tell them apart. No need to switch between apps or views.
