Retrospect

Looking back is how you move forward. Fecit helps you reflect at three levels.

Reflection doesn't have to be complicated. A single line is enough. What matters is the habit of pausing to look back after finishing something. Fecit lets you reflect at three levels — from a single task to an entire week.

1

Task retrospect

Reflect on a single task

When you complete a task, a Review section appears. Write a short retrospect here.

"What went well?", "What would I do differently?", "What did I learn?" — prompt questions are provided so you can start without pressure.

Most useful for:
Tasks that took longer than expected — note why
Tasks that went well — note what worked
First-time tasks — note what to remember next time
Tip: Enable Show retrospect on complete in settings to automatically prompt reflection every time you finish a task.
2

Daily review

Reflect on your day

At the end of the day, tap the date separator in your task list. This opens the Daily Review screen.

Rate your satisfaction from 1 to 5 and leave a note about how your day went. You can also see the list of tasks you completed that day.

Good things to write in a daily review:
The most rewarding thing you did today
What didn't go as planned and why
What you must do tomorrow

Weekly review

Reflect on your week

Open Weekly Review from the Achiever tab to see a summary of your week.

Compare how many tasks you created, started, completed, and cancelled versus last week. See all your completed tasks at a glance.

Give each week a title and write a retrospect. Over time, you'll have a journal of your weeks that's easy to look back on.

What you can see in your weekly review:
Created / started / completed / cancelled task counts (vs. last week)
List of tasks completed this week
Weekly title and retrospect

From small to big

1
Task retrospect — a quick note after finishing a task
2
Daily review — rate your day and write what happened
3
Weekly review — look back on your week and prepare for the next one

All optional. Start with just one line.
