Capture one visually interesting shadow and add it to your shadow album whenever you see a striking shape or contrast. This routine helps turn a quick observation into a saved, searchable photo.
I have not yet taken or saved a photo of an interesting shadow to my shadow album; my camera or phone is available but no candidate image has been chosen.
Shadows and lighting can change rapidly, so the shape may disappear before I frame and focus; camera auto-exposure and autofocus may underexpose or miss the dark areas.
A sharp, well-composed photo of an interesting shadow is saved in the shadow album with a short caption and a location tag.
