Gratitude jar note

Capture a recent positive moment by writing and adding a short note to your gratitude jar; use this when you notice something you want to remember and can spare a few minutes.

⏱ 8 min★ Very easy
Target

I have a specific recent positive moment in mind but no written note yet and the gratitude jar contains fewer than three notes.

Obstacle

I forget to record moments because paper and a pen are not nearby or I don't pause long enough to choose a single moment to write down.

Expectation

One handwritten note describing a specific recent moment is folded and placed into the gratitude jar, and the jar is returned to a visible spot.
