Target
Notebook is blank and I have scattered half-formed thoughts, tasks, and worries that haven't been captured.
Obstacle
Phone notifications and internal self-editing interrupt the first sentences, causing long pauses or stopping the run of writing.

A continuous handwritten morning pages entry amounting to sustained writing with any actionable items underlined and moved to my task list.
