What's inside
Fruit-infused water pitcher
Make a lightly flavored fruit-infused water to encourage drinking more water; use when you want a refreshing pitcher for the day or for guests.
⏱ 30 min★ Easy
Target
The pitcher is empty and the fruit and mint are unwashed on the counter.
Obstacle
It's hard to judge the right fruit-to-water ratio and steep time for a balanced flavor, and slicing slippery fruit and bruising herbs without making a mess can slow you down.
Expectation
The pitcher is filled with cold water, evenly distributed sliced fruit and bruised mint, chilled and ready to serve.
