Evening foot soak and self-massage
Soak and massage your feet after a long day to relieve tightness and soften dry skin; use this routine in the evening before bed.
⏱ 30 min★ Easy
Target
Your feet are still in socks or shoes, feel tight from standing, and the heels or soles are visibly dry.
Obstacle
You delay starting because setting up warm water and supplies feels like extra work, and you worry about spilling water on the floor while filling the basin.
Expectation
Feet feel softer and less tense, heels and soles are hydrated, toes are more mobile, and you're wearing clean socks.
