End-of-day Voice Memo Reflection

Record a short voice memo at the end of your workday to capture progress, unresolved items, and next-day priorities.

⏱ 15 min★ Easy
Target

I have scattered notes and unfinished tasks in my head but no concise summary captured for tomorrow.

Obstacle

I struggle to organize thoughts verbally and tend to procrastinate recording, so ideas get lost or muddled when I try to summarize at the end of the day.

Expectation

A single 10–15 minute voice memo that lists what I accomplished today, three concrete next actions, and one insight or lesson.
