Barefoot grass walk
A short outdoor routine to reconnect your feet with the ground and reset your senses. Use when you have a few minutes outside and want a simple grounding break.
⏱ 15 min★ Very easy
Target
My feet are wearing shoes or socks and I am not currently in contact with the lawn.
Obstacle
Shoes and socks are on and the lawn may have wet patches, debris, or animal droppings, so I need to confirm a safe, dry path before stepping barefoot.
Expectation
My feet are bare and touching the grass, I notice temperature and texture through my soles, and my shoes and towel are placed within reach.
