Afternoon coloring and tea break

A short mid-afternoon pause to make a cup of tea and color a page to reset energy and focus. Use this when you notice mental fatigue or need a quiet creative moment.

⏱ 30 min★ Very easy
Target

Desk area has scattered work papers, an empty mug, and an unchosen coloring page with pencils still in storage.

Obstacle

Notifications and nearby tasks pull your attention away, and coloring pencils are stored in another room which creates friction before you can start.

Expectation

You have a freshly steeped cup of tea on a coaster, a chosen coloring page with 15 minutes of coloring completed, and supplies returned to their places.
