Family Reunion Plan
Create a clear starting plan so relatives can coordinate around a date, place, and budget. Use this when the reunion is still an idea and no one has taken charge of the details.
⏱ 30 min★ Medium
Target
Your family has no agreed reunion date, location, guest list, or budget.
Obstacle
Relatives may have conflicting schedules, and it can be hard to estimate attendance before everyone responds. Keep the first plan flexible and mark undecided details clearly.
Expectation
You have a shareable draft with a preferred date, a location plan, an estimated budget, and a list of relatives to contact.
Response Rules
- When relatives suggest dates that conflict→ List up to three date options and ask everyone to choose by a specific reply deadline.
- When the expected guest count is still uncertain→ Estimate a low and high attendance count, then choose a location and budget that can accommodate the high count.
