A small group of friends is coming but there is no finalized reader order, no prepared copies of poems, seating and refreshments are not arranged, and no timer or reminder has been sent.
Friends have different poem choices and arrival times, and I have limited time to prepare physical copies, arrange seating, and coordinate the reading order without confusing anyone.
A clear reading order with 5-minute slots for each reader, one copy of each poem on cards, seating and a small refreshment area arranged, and a timer and reminder ready to keep the evening on schedule.
