Response Rules
Decide in advance: “when this happens, I'll do that.”

Why
Plans break at predictable moments — a rainy morning, a late night. Deciding what you'll do right then, before it happens, makes it far easier to keep going. See the blog post.

Add a rule
Open a task and add one under Response Rules. Each rule has two parts: the situation, and what you'll do.

Write it well
- Situation — when exactly does the obstacle show up? When, where, in what mood?
- Response — not a promise, but the first thing your hands will do.
The hints above each field ask these questions, and AI can draft a response for you.

Start from the obstacle
If you wrote an Obstacle in Analysis, that's your first situation.
