Some fixtures are mounted at height or behind locked covers requiring a ladder and possibly a second person; intermittent faults may not appear during a brief visual check, so voltage measurements and photos are needed to confirm issues.
Every exit luminaire has a logged test result (pass/fail), measured battery voltages recorded, photos for any defects, and failed units identified for repair.
