Update the master keyring's tamper-evident tags and record the current tag serials in the asset log when preparing the building for a shift change or security audit.
The main building master keyring has mixed and worn tamper-tags, several tag serials are not recorded in the digital inventory, and no recent photo exists of the complete key set.
Some existing tamper-tags are brittle or missing serials and key rings are tightly closed, making tag removal and replacement fiddly; the inventory system lacks a dedicated tag-serial field so numbers must be entered consistently in the notes/photo section.
Every key on the master ring has a readable tamper tag attached, each tag serial is recorded in the digital inventory with a timestamp and photo, and the inventory entry shows the operator's initials.
